After the plenary program, MBO students interested in automation can participate in an interactive workshop on IO-LinkDuring this session, you'll learn what IO-Link is, how it's applied in practice, and get hands-on with concrete examples.
The workshop consists of three parts:

Plenary introduction: a short presentation explaining IO-Link for all students.

Workshop 1: given by Turck BV and Endress+Hauser, with a practical demonstration of IO-Link applications.

Workshop 2: provided by Siemens and Murrelektronik, where you can get started with IO-Link yourself.
After about twenty minutes, the groups switch so that each participant can attend both workshops and experience the full IO-Link demonstration.
