Retrofit

Belimo offers a universal drive range, especially for the renovation of existing water-side installations.
Does the control valve still work fine, but is the actuator broken? Do you not know which make the control valve is?
With the unique universal adapters, the Belimo Retrofit actuators can be quickly and easily mounted on already installed control valves of different manufacturers.

With the parameterizable Retrofit actuators you have everything you need for motorizing different types of control valves. You no longer have to search for a suitable adapter for installation. The Retrofit valve actuators have a universally applicable valve neck and stem adapter, suitable for fittings of the most diverse manufacturers and series in the world. An Allen key (supplied) is sufficient for all mounting and adjustment work.

Did you know that more than 20 different control valve manufacturers can be found in the Netherlands alone? In most renovation projects, the control valves are so dated that the manufacturer either no longer exists or can no longer supply the type of actuator, with all the consequences that entails. RetroFIT+

In addition to 1-on-1 Retrofit replacement, we also provide advice on upgrading the entire installation with our RetroFIT+ solutions. Belimo plays a key role in transforming 'grey' HVAC installations into 'green' climate systems, without major adjustments and/or high costs, making sustainability within reach for every building.

Only what is measured can be analyzed and optimized. The "smart" buildings of tomorrow will be characterized by a high level of energy efficiency and optimal comfort in the spaces. That is why a building must be able to "communicate" with the user, the maintenance specialist and the energy supplier. The EPBD sets the Smart Readiness Indicator (SRI) for the assessment of buildings. This indicator was developed by the European Commission and evaluates not only maintenance and energy, but also the quality of life of the building's residents. Building automation with smart field devices that can be networked into an HVAC system form the basis for this.

Customization for every project

With Belimo Customized Products, air- and water-side drives are pre-assembled and/or labeled as prefab modules.
Customer-specific settings can also be activated, after which the products are transported to the construction site just-in-time and just-in-place as customized solutions.
“We are able to pre-assemble customer-specific cables or connectors. And we also offer added value hydraulically, by pre-assembling pipework, mounting brackets, bends, couplings or other fittings on our control valves and ball valves.
