The Framework Employment Conditions Agreement (RAO) offers both employers and employees a reference point for employment conditions that are common in the technology industry.

FHI's RAO offers an industry-specific interpretation of the employment conditions, including the legal obligations that you as an employer must comply with under labor law. In addition, the RAO contains employment conditions that are common in the sector.

As a member of FHI you have the right to copy or adapt texts from this publication for internal regulations within your company.

The latest update of the RAO was provided by the Human Resources Managers (HRM) group within FHI. This group consists of HR professionals from FHI member companies and provides support in all matters relating to personnel management.
