If Industrial Electronics Industry Manager You have a strategic, entrepreneurial, and connecting role. You are responsible for both the direction of the sector and the execution of activities.
Your responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing industry activities
- Further developing and expanding activities for members
- Realizing the coverage contribution as established for the industry.
- Daily contact with members
- Member recruitment & retention
- Cross-industry activities
- Administrative affairs and management and coaching of (senior) project managers
- Inspire and stimulate a culture of continuous improvement
- Ultimately responsible for membership and visitor numbers.
Your tasks include:
- Prepare / set up organization for Federation of every day
- Developing the sector's course and strategy; coordinating this with management and other sectors
- Creating an annual plan and preparing a budget for the sector
- Provide substantive direction to activities, themes and projects for the sector and across sectors
- Content generation (content delivery)
- Building and maintaining a network
- Actively seek/enter into collaboration(s) with external associations/market parties
- Business development based on signals from members/the market
- Stay informed about market developments
- Cluster development
- Advocacy: setting up practical activities for important themes
- Initiating member and network meetings
- (Co-)directing the translation of OGSM FHI objectives into concrete activities
- Co-shaping the strategic direction of FHI and helping to determine priorities and capacity allocation within the Markets team
