As Marketing & Communication Manager, you will lead an enthusiastic team of five professionals: three editors, a marketer and an email marketer. Together, you will ensure a strong brand identity and an effective marketing strategy.
Your main tasks:
- Leading the team and encouraging collaboration and creativity.
- Develop and implement marketing and communications strategies that align with FHI's goals and priorities.
- Monitor brand identity by developing guidelines and ensuring consistency across all channels.
- Set up, execute and analyze effective campaigns based on clear KPIs, such as ROI and conversions.
- Maintain and expand relationships with the press, partners and members.
- Optimize tools and technologies, including CRM systems and marketing automation.
- Manage the marketing budget and make proposals to improve our approach.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather relevant news, to promote our activities to the right target group and to integrate marketing and communications into broader projects.
