What are you going to do?
- Maintaining and expanding our network of members and relations
- Identifying opportunities for new clusters, groups and events
- Creating event formats and recruiting exhibitors and participants
- Prepare and lead meetings with exhibitors and members, including presentations
- Providing content for the various programs and recruiting speakers
- Carrying out and evaluating activities, including preparing and monitoring project plans and budgets
- Recruiting new members and exhibitors for trade fairs and events
- Act as project manager at events and as contact person for members
- Supporting management activities, including planning and minute-taking.
Responsibilities:
- Daily contact with members and stakeholders for feedback and support
- Realizing project goals within deadline and budget
- Promote membership recruitment and retention
- Consultation with team members of Exhibitions & Events and Marketing & Communications per activity
- Report on progress and results to the Branch Manager and Senior Project Manager.
