As a Marketing & Events Project Manager you enjoy the following activities:
- Organizing events, meetings and seminars: From setting up a project plan and budget to putting together a seminar program and practical implementation.
- Recruiting exhibitors for our events and fairs.
- Compiling substantive programs and recruiting speakers.
- Setting up marketing campaigns for recruiting visitors.
- Maintaining and expanding our network of members and relations.
- Information provision to members, exhibitors and visitors via newsletters, the website and business social media.
- Preparing and leading meetings with exhibitors and members.
- Planning and executing projects from beginning to end.
You mainly work on a project basis and it is important to balance the interests of members, FHI and visitors. You are not afraid to pick up the phone to recruit exhibitors and speakers. Technical knowledge is not a requirement, but curiosity is a must.
