What are you going to do?
As a relationship manager, you are responsible for contact with (potential) members and exhibitors. You are involved in maintaining relationships with our members and recruiting new members. You also have an important role in recruiting exhibitors for FHI events and fairs.
Your main tasks:
- Maintaining and expanding our network of members and relations
- Recruiting new members and working on member retention
- Recruiting exhibitors for trade fairs and events
- Manage and expand prospects per trade fair/event
- Mapping our current membership base and taking action on it
- Identifying interesting speakers for trade fairs, events and (member) meetings
- Creating and developing presentation materials for potential members
- Creating standard documentation for the team and sharing best practices
Responsibilities:
- Daily contact with members and stakeholders for feedback and support
- Realizing project goals within deadline and budget
- Promote membership recruitment and retention
- Consult with team members of Trade Shows & Events, Marketing & Communications, and Member Services per activity
- Reporting on progress and results to the Branch Manager and Senior Project Manager
