At FHI, we are looking for a Member Services & FHI Academy Coordinator. In this role, you will work closely with technology companies, internal teams, and external partners, organize activities for our members, and help build a new initiative: the FHI Academy.

A position for someone who works practically, proactively, and independently, and enjoys putting plans into action.

What are you going to do?

As Coordinator Member Services & FHI Academy, you ensure that projects and activities are well organized and that plans are actually executed.

Your duties include, among other things:

  • Coordinating the development and implementation of the FHI Academy and learning pathways
  • Maintain contact with the various external partners and members, and jointly explore new opportunities for services and collaborations.
  • Organizing and conducting workshops and networking events
  • Supporting members with practical information, model documents, and guidelines
  • Contribute to new member benefits and services
  • Identifying questions and needs among members and contributing to new member benefits
  • Contribute to content for meetings, newsletters, and website
  • Contribute to surveys such as the FHI Economic Barometer
  • Monitoring planning, participant numbers, and evaluations
  • Collaborating with colleagues within various FHI teams

You are the one who maintains an overview, takes initiative, and ensures that agreements are executed.

About the FHI Academy

The FHI Academy is a new initiative of FHI.

Together with our member companies, we are building a learning and development environment for the technology sectors. The goal is to support companies in training employees, strengthening craftsmanship, and making organizations future-proof.

We are developing the academy together with companies, industry experts, and an external learning partner. The offering will be practical, flexible, and directly applicable within technology companies.

The goal is to launch the first learning pathways and collaborations before the summer.

Your profile:

We are looking for a colleague who enjoys taking responsibility and working independently.

  • MBO+ work and thinking level
  • Approximately 8–10 years of relevant work experience
  • Proactive, practical, and a real go-getter
  • Independent and proactive, with strong organizational skills
  • Communicates skillfully and enjoys collaborating with entrepreneurs and partners
  • An affinity with networking, associations, or learning & development is a plus.
