What are you going to do?
As Coordinator Member Services & FHI Academy, you ensure that projects and activities are well organized and that plans are actually executed.
Your duties include, among other things:
- Coordinating the development and implementation of the FHI Academy and learning pathways
- Maintain contact with the various external partners and members, and jointly explore new opportunities for services and collaborations.
- Organizing and conducting workshops and networking events
- Supporting members with practical information, model documents, and guidelines
- Contribute to new member benefits and services
- Identifying questions and needs among members and contributing to new member benefits
- Contribute to content for meetings, newsletters, and website
- Contribute to surveys such as the FHI Economic Barometer
- Monitoring planning, participant numbers, and evaluations
- Collaborating with colleagues within various FHI teams
You are the one who maintains an overview, takes initiative, and ensures that agreements are executed.
