Business development manager (36 – 40 hours)

What are you going to do?
The business development manager is responsible for Tradinco's commercial growth strategy. You are a discussion partner for potential customers on technical topics or issues and you know where the opportunities lie in the market and how we can further approach this market.
Your tasks and responsibilities include:
- Together with the team, you devise marketing campaigns and strategies, thereby expanding the network and brand awareness of Tradinco and its products and services;
- You create leads and follow them up yourself;
- You are responsible for achieving the commercial objectives and report on this periodically;
- You organize and participate in trade fairs;
- Together with marketing, you create a content calendar with the various topics;
- You provide training and presentations on location (both at home and abroad).
What skills and experience do you bring with you?
- HBO work and thinking level;
- Technical knowledge of measurement and control technology products and applications;
- You are commercial, convincing and you have a flexible attitude;
- Experience with marketing activities;
- Willing to travel;
- Good command of the Dutch and English language;
- Several years of relevant work experience is an advantage.

The team
The Tradinco business development team currently consists of 3 employees and you will join the sales department (9 people). Tradinco currently employs around 40 colleagues and you will work under the supervision of Oscar Man.
What we offer:
- Plenty of room for your own initiative;
- A starting salary of €3,600 gross per month based on 40 hours, if you already include knowledge and work experience, this will be higher;
- A lot of independence in the position;
- Fixed 13th month;
