Workshop employee (32 – 40 hours)
Who are we looking for?
As a workshop employee, you are technically strong and you enjoy working with your hands.
Your tasks and responsibilities include:
- Assembling and maintaining instruments, equipment and test benches;
- Troubleshooting and repairing defective instruments;
- Thinking about improving products, procedures and processes;
- Testing, adjusting and maintaining equipment.
What knowledge/skills do you have?
- Technical training in mechatronics, electrical or mechanical engineering or comparable through work experience;
- Sense of quality and neatness;
- You are a reliable and solution-oriented technician;
- Relevant work experience is an advantage;
- Good command of the Dutch language.

What we offer:
- From the age of 21, the salary indication is €2,400 gross on a full-time basis. If you already have some knowledge and experience, this will be higher;
- Good conditions such as a 13e month, 33 days off, pension scheme, collective profit sharing;
- A challenging position for 32 – 40 hours per week;
- Plenty of room for your own initiative;
- A temporary contract for one year with the prospect of extension.
Tradinco as an organization
Tradinco Instruments is an organization with currently 40 employees. As a workshop employee you will be part of the operations team, which consists of 20 employees divided over the company office, cleanroom, calibration lab and the workshop. Together we ensure that the product or service goes through the organization as well as possible. There is an informal atmosphere, every Friday there is a Friday afternoon drink, once a month there is a barbecue and during the breaks games are often played such as darts, table tennis and pool.
