Inside Service Engineer

As an Internal Service, you are responsible for providing support in the maintenance, repair, and installation of our systems. Synchron develops custom-made laboratory automation solutions and specializes in automated liquid handling.


What does your job involve?
• You provide technical support to our customers regarding our systems, including fault diagnosis and installation advice via remote access, email and telephone.
• You serve as a point of contact for our sales department, offering technical advice.
• You keep everything updated in our CRM system
• You are enthusiastic about exploring the possibilities of smart maintenance and integrating it into our service o

Desired skills and experience
Excellent communication skills
Preferably 2 years of laboratory automation experience
Being able to perform under pressure
Electronics, mechanical engineering, biomedical engineering or an equivalent combination of training and relevant experience.
Fluent in Dutch and English languages, additional languages (such as German and French) are a plus
