Continuous Improvement Specialist

Who are we looking for?

Drawing up an annual plan for themes to be investigated with the Compliance & Improvement Manager.
Auditing processes, reporting and recording points for improvement.
Analyze trends to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to implement improvement initiatives.
Supporting and training internal auditors.
Advising on continuous improvement.
Organizing trainings and workshops to increase awareness and skills.

What are you bringing?

Business background with knowledge of continuous improvement.
Experience with management systems (ISO 9001, 27001, 45001).
Eager to learn, independent, decisive and good at organizing.
Strong in communication and flexible in approach.
3-5 years of experience in continuous improvement.
Knowledge of process management and Lean process improvement.
Knowledge of data security and occupational safety, or willingness to learn this.
Proactive team player, works independently and seeks cooperation.
Good command of Dutch and English.
