You motivate and develop your team, ensure a positive working atmosphere and coordinate complex projects. You have an influence on improving the department and creating a professional work structure

Who are we looking for?
• You are an expert in your field and responsible for monitoring the progress of the projects.
• You monitor budgets and schedules and make adjustments where necessary.
• You are always looking for opportunities to improve processes and make them more efficient.
• You participate in meetings and regularly present the progress of the projects to the department head.

What are you bringing?
• Completed higher professional or university education in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience with project management in industrial projects.
• Experience or affinity with CAD packages and technical programs.
• Solve issues quickly and creatively with attention to functionality, reliability, safety and costs.
• Strong personality with good communication, also in English.
• Proactive, thinks about improvements and involves colleagues.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
