Customer Service Representative

JULABO is a progressive brand in the field of thermostat solutions for laboratory and industry. We offer sales and technical support from our office in Boven-Leeuwen (GLD) and are close to the customer. We are solution-oriented and quality, reliability, availability and continuity are our top priorities.

Who are we looking for?
A Customer Service employee who processes requests and orders and can inform our customers during the entire order processing process from quotation to delivery.
What are you bringing?
MBO-4 level and
when you think in terms of solutions,
have several years of experience in a similar position,
are interested in modern technology,
Good command of Dutch and English,
are eager to learn, motivated and have good communication skills,
can work independently, but also in a team,
then we are looking for you!
