Badotherm is a manufacturer of high-quality mechanical process instrumentation. Due to its expertise, good quality and service, the company is the preferred supplier for a number of leading transmitter manufacturers in the world for the assembly of diaphragm seals with their instruments. Badotherm focuses mainly on the (petro)chemical and oil & gas industries.

Who are we looking for?
The welder is mainly involved in welding membranes (thin foil) on flanges and welding complete applications. The individual components are supplied from our own factories and are assembled based on the production order. The welding activities are certified according to ISO 3834-2. Mainly AISI 316 is welded, but also various exotic materials such as Hastelloy, Monel, and Inconel types.

What are you bringing?
• Experience in Tig welding; welding diplomas are a plus
• Experience in a production environment.

What do we offer?
The company does not have a serial production setup, but production is controlled and executed in a production cell by order. This means that many different product variations are made, so that the welding work is regularly alternated with other work in a well-equipped workplace. You will become part of a permanent team of very experienced instrument makers who work in a good atmosphere and in which employees assist each other with their work.
