Sales Representative (Full-time)

Wilten Instrumenten Benelux has been the reliable supplier of high-quality instruments for the laboratory and research market since 1952. We are located in Etten-Leur and are looking for a driven Sales Representative to strengthen our team.

Your role
As a Sales Representative at Wilten Instrumenten Benelux, you are an important player in our sales team. You get satisfaction from establishing new customer relationships and maintaining existing contacts. By listening carefully and asking the right questions, you know exactly how to respond to the needs of the customer. You have a strong sense of empathy, which makes customers feel comfortable with you quickly and helps you build long-term relationships.

Although a laboratory background is not required, you will immerse yourself in the sector and the products we offer, so that you can always provide customers with the best advice. You are curious, eager to learn and enjoy the dynamics of sales.

What are you going to do?

• Actively generating new business in a dynamic market
• Maintaining warm customer relations and providing personal service
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to achieve sales goals
• Acting as the first point of contact for customers with technical or application questions
• Sharing new ideas and strategies with management to shape the future of Wilten Instrumenten

What are you bringing?

• At least an MBO+ work and thinking level, preferably in a technical direction (HLO/HAS is a plus)
• Experience in sales and customer relationship management, preferably within the technical or laboratory sector (experience in the food industry is a plus)
• Strong communication skills, both in Dutch and English
• A customer-oriented and proactive attitude
• An enterprising attitude and a hands-on mentality
• Creativity and problem-solving skills
