The function
Are you a driven professional who is ready to deepen existing customer relationships and seize new business opportunities? In the role of junior account manager, you support the account manager with large projects and independently take on smaller projects. You work on expanding these projects and develop yourself into an independent account manager and technical advisor for our customers. You offer customized advice and translate customer wishes into practical and innovative solutions. You work closely with your colleagues from customer service center and project engineering and supervise your assignments with the production team for a good follow-up of your projects. You create an environment in which sales activities can take place efficiently and you structure and optimize the sales activities.
Your strength
As an Account Manager at VDL TBP Electronics you are a team player between market and own organization. For that reason it is important that you can act at different levels and have customer and result-oriented skills. In addition, you have:
- A completed HBO education in a technical or commercial direction;
- Excellent command of both Dutch and English, both spoken and written;
- You are stress-resistant and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
- An affinity with electronics and/or mechanics is an advantage;
- Pragmatic and steadfast.
