General Manager Bronkhorst Netherlands

What are you going to do?

As General Manager of Bronkhorst Nederland, you will lead a team of 17 colleagues. Together, you are responsible for the success of Bronkhorst on the Dutch market. You support your team in all sales activities and projects. You know how to translate strategic and tactical business objectives into operational objectives and facilitate the necessary market, product and application knowledge within the office. Furthermore, you provide a motivating learning environment and stimulate mutual cooperation within your team, but also with our other sales partners. By means of process indicators (KPIs), you are able to monitor progress and results and take action if adjustments are required.

We are looking for a people-oriented manager with a passion for developing the business and your team. Affinity with commerce is a must, affinity with technology is an important advantage. You maintain relationships with the head office in Ruurlo, with the VP EMEA and the other General Managers of the Bronkhorst sales offices worldwide. You can easily switch in your communication. You report to the VP EMEA.

Who are you?

You have completed a technical commercial HBO/WO education;
Knowledge of and experience with financial, HR and quality processes at management level;
Several years of work experience in a commercial B to B environment;
Knowledge of (process) technology and/or process technology;
Good command of the Dutch and English language, both spoken and written;
Strong communication skills with genuine attention to the individual, clear in expectations and vision;
Knows how to challenge and support people to get the best out of themselves and to make their added value clear.

Our organization

Bronkhorst Nederland BV is a subsidiary of Bronkhorst® and is set up and responsible for all questions regarding the sales, service and support of Bronkhorst products in the Dutch market. This concerns flow meters for measuring and controlling gas and liquid flow. The sales office will celebrate its 35th anniversary next year.
