Inside Sales (36-40 hours)
In this role you are co-responsible for our customer portfolio. You are a solid discussion partner and act as the direct point of contact for our customers in the internal service. As director of the commercial process you see opportunities and work them out, you make proactive proposals and you guide various customer questions. You support the Account Managers in optimally managing their accounts together with your colleagues from Inside Sales and work across all three of our segments: Food, Food Industry & Medical.

What are you going to do?
- Sales support: You will work closely with our account manager and Inside Sales colleagues and guide the entire sales process – from acquiring new customers to drawing up quotations and closing deals.
- Customer management: You are the direct point of contact for our customers in various segments, such as Food, Food Industry and Medical, and ensure an excellent customer experience with that little bit extra.
- Acquisition and relationship management: You identify new sales opportunities and actively contact potential customers (cold calling) to build long-term relationships.
- Sales strategy: You develop creative solutions for up- and cross-selling and tailor our product solutions precisely to the needs of your customers.
- Sales Activity Management: You manage all relevant customer data and sales processes in our ERP and CRM system.
What are you bringing?
- Work experience: You already have some experience in sales and are familiar with the processes surrounding customer acquisition and management.
- Language proficiency: You are proficient in written and spoken Dutch and English.
- Team spirit: You enjoy working in a team and bring your own initiative and persuasiveness to the collaboration.
- Creativity and advisory skills: You have a good feeling for the needs of customers and develop solutions together with them that offer real added value. You have an affinity with optimizing work processes to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Communication skills: You can build and maintain relationships, both by telephone and in person.
Extra plus: You have knowledge of quality processes, standards and legislation (for example HACCP, IFS, GxP etc.). You are proactive, show ownership and dare to take initiative. Availability on Friday.
