Senior Project Manager (VDL RENA Electronics, Zundert)

As a Senior Project Manager, you will have a development role in addition to project management. You are able to manage customer-specific development processes internally (and with the customer) and bring them to a successful conclusion. You will be at the intersection of technology and commerce with the aim of translating customer requirements into development goals for the Engineering department. In this role, you will be part of the Engineering team.

What are you going to do?

• You are responsible for the timely delivery of the project objectives and their quality within the set framework.
• Maintain an overview of the project, planning, finances and risks at all times in all phases of the project.
• You provide functional leadership to the project team and are actively involved in motivating, developing and stimulating mutual cooperation and cooperation with other departments within the organization.
• Taking the initiative to (further) develop the project team.
• Regularly informing all stakeholders, maintaining contact with the customer and ensuring compliance with the agreements made.
• Work closely with the Engineering Manager, but of course you also have a lot of contact with other colleagues and departments within the organization.

• Relevant HBO/WO diploma with several years of work experience as a project manager in an electronics environment;
• Possess up-to-date knowledge of product development, cost optimization and design for production;
• Someone with a pragmatic view who works systematically;
• A strong communicator who enjoys working with a team towards a common goal;
• Good at Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
