Inside Sales Specialist

For the Netherlands we are looking for a Junior account manager inside sales. You will work from the office in Eindhoven where you will start the first period as inside sales with your guidance to eventually the possibility of outside sales. Where you will work in and with a small enthusiastic team of internal service and fellow sales people. Every week the sales team meets on location in the office in Eindhoven.

Responsibilities:
- Maintaining long-term and improving customer relationships through regular customer visits. With the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Developing existing accounts and finding new opportunities
- Managing and expanding product and market knowledge.
- Attending trade fairs - Participating in trade fairs, events and conferences to promote the company
- Preparing quotes and collaborating with sales specialists
- Ensuring excellent follow-up after creating price quotes for your prospects and customers.
- Providing good customer service (placing orders, checking product availability and delivery time, handling complaints, etc.)
- Contribute to the company's commercial and marketing strategy
- Search for information about the local market, fairs and various business opportunities for TME.
- Identifying customer needs and translating these into sales and marketing strategy.
- Providing reports on daily activities.
- Collaborate with internal sales staff and account managers.
