ABOUT ISE MAGNETICS (ISE)

The head office is located in Goirle and we have (production) locations in Hungary and France. We are a developer and producer of customer-specific inductive components for various markets: for the medical market (including CT scanners), the aviation industry (airport lighting), general electronics up to and including many other high-tech applications (chip industry). WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

If you are the promising or experienced D&A Engineer we are looking for, you can work in a young and dynamic SME environment. You will work on challenging projects for a broad spectrum of national and international high-tech customers.

You are responsible for developing inductive components such as high and low frequency transformers, high power inductors, high voltage transformers, antennas and electromagnets. Check out our website  www.isemagnetics.com to see more of our products and the markets we operate in.

You will be involved in the entire design process in close collaboration with our customers. This means that you are responsible for creating the specifications in consultation with the customer, testing designs, qualifying them and ultimately approving them for production according to customer specifications and the correct standards, with attention to the manufacturability of the developed design. You are also responsible for creating the workflow overviews (how-to-build) and customer data sheets of these custom developed products. In your work you also include the relevant cost aspects and you also maintain good contacts with our suppliers and partners.

What do we expect from you?

  • HBO electrical engineering/electronics or
  • HBO Physics or
  • Extensive experience in developing inductive components
  • MS Word and MS Excel
  • Speaking, reading and writing English
  • Speaking, reading and writing Dutch
  • Knowledge of Solidworks, FEM (Ansys Maxwell) is a plus
  • Knowledge of power electronics is an advantage
  • Practical, critical and analytically minded
  • Interested in inductive/magnetic components
  • Good at working together and strong in communication
  • Not being hierarchically oriented
  • Ability to work in a structured and project-oriented manner
  • Persevere, don't give up if you don't find a solution right away

  • Gross starting salary of EUR 3,500 – 5,500 (depending on experience) for a 40-hour working week
