Vacancy Office Manager


Currently Distrilab BV. is located in Leusden, from September 1, 2025 we will move to Apeldoorn. Due to our continuous growth we are looking for an Office Manager from the Apeldoorn area.
As Office Manager you are the first point of contact for employees, customers, suppliers and management. You are an organizational talent, proactive and enjoy a dynamic work environment. You manage the operation and also like to get your hands dirty.
You will work in a beautiful modern building, within walking distance of the station in Apeldoorn with good facilities. After an induction period with sufficient knowledge transfer about our product groups, customers, suppliers and software package Cash Visma, you will work independently.
On a project basis you will also work on marketing objectives, ISO, KPI reporting and research possibilities which can improve efficiency within our organization. There is a lot of room for personal development, good ideas and implementing improvements.
Your responsibilities:
- Assist in processing requests, orders and projects
- Contact with customers, suppliers and arranging facility matters
- Management support
- Maintaining the ISO Documentation
- Preparing reports
- Support with HR related tasks
The Office Manager that Distrilab is looking for has the following:
- A related MBO or HBO education appropriate to the position
- Demonstrable experience in a similar position
- An excellent command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written
- You are independent, proactive and accurate, presentable and stress-resistant
- You have a hands-on mentality and are solution-oriented
- Good command of common MS Office applications
- Availability of at least 32 hours
- Living in the area of Apeldoorn
You have some affinity with or are willing to delve into this:
- Our products (laboratory equipment, Bio Technology and Life Science)
- Work experience in the field of online marketing
- Good command of the German and/or French language in speech
