For our department Customer Service & Support We are looking for a technically skilled and customer-oriented Tech Support EmployeeYou are the first point of contact for technical questions from customers and colleagues within Weidmüller Benelux.

What are you going to do?

  • Provide technical support to customers and colleagues
  • Answering questions in Dutch, English and (preferably) French
  • Handling complaints and warranty questions
  • Thinking about marketing campaigns and improvement projects
  • Identifying commercial opportunities

What are you bringing?

  • MBO+/HBO in Electrical Engineering, Electronics or Automation
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience
  • Good command of Dutch and English (French is a plus)
  • Experience with ERP/CRM systems and MS Office
  • Customer-oriented, accurate and strong communication skills
