Accelerate business growth by focusing on strategic segments

In this new role, you'll immediately take charge of the existing Dutch sales team (nine people) responsible for the Power Supplies segment. Together with them, you'll expand the customer base, focusing on (new) key accounts. The Belgian sales team will be managed by the local sales manager, with whom you'll work closely. You'll develop a market strategy that will gradually achieve the planned international growth. Within the international management team, you'll collaborate with the BUMs of the other segments and the General Managers of the respective countries.

As the team expands in Belgium and the Netherlands, and as we launch in new European countries, your scope will become increasingly international. You'll be the connecting link when it comes to knowledge and expertise, and thus a catalyst for growth, focus, and team motivation. You'll be continuously active in your segment's network, identifying potential acquisition opportunities. You'll also play a crucial role in these projects.
