What are you going to do?
As a Sales Support Engineer, you'll first familiarize yourself with our product portfolio by handling customer inquiries together with your direct colleagues. Based on the customer's needs, you'll determine which instrument offers the best solution. This could range from adding air to whipped cream and ice cream, to mixing gases for cultivating organisms in a bioreactor, or producing hydrogen in the energy transition.

You will have the time to further specialize in our products and applications and to develop into an important contact person for our Area Sales Managers and customers.

At the sales office in Veenendaal, you'll work closely with the other Sales Support Engineers, the Area Sales Managers, and the General Manager. You'll also maintain close contact with your colleagues at the head office in Ruurlo. Besides working on customer solutions, you'll have frequent contact with colleagues regarding both the technical and commercial aspects of these solutions. Due to the wide variety of customers, requests, and product applications, no two days are the same, and your work will be highly varied.

Your profile

• MBO+/HBO work and thinking level in technology (mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, chemistry), or commercial with demonstrable technical affinity
• Customer-oriented, strong communication skills and proactive
• Flexible and likes variety
• Good command of Dutch and English
• Accurate and independent in your work
