We are looking for a:

Order handling & aftersales employee – 28-32 hours / week
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------DENIOS BV supplies and maintains a wide range of products for the storage and handling of
hazardous substances, such as fire-resistant containers, safety cabinets, workplaces with
air technology and emergency showers.

Your department
You'll join a small, close-knit team of four colleagues, including the manager. Everyone has their own responsibilities, but everyone is always ready to support each other when needed. During holidays, we cover each other's work to ensure everything stays running smoothly. Within the team, fun is just as important as hard work – the atmosphere is informal, but we strive for results together. Because the department collaborates with almost every other department within the company, the role is varied and dynamic, and you'll interact with many other colleagues.


Your duties
Sale:
• You check the sales orders in the system for the correctness of certain data such as
addresses, prices, products, etc.
• You communicate with the customer about the status of the sales order.
Purchase
• You ensure that the sales order (after checking) is purchased from the supplier.
• You keep track of the purchasing order, for example with regard to delays in delivery time, etc.
• You take immediate action when orders are not delivered on time and ensure that
all parties involved are informed about this.
• You ensure proper stock administration, i.e. you record stock levels and
write-offs in the system
Complaints (this is an important part of your duties)
• You solve problems/complaints quickly, efficiently and in a customer-oriented manner and you also know the right approach for this.

Aftersales
• You take the initiative to contact the customer yourself and dare to start a conversation if
something else went wrong.

which you can submit to the relevant departments concerned.
• Points for improvement arising from the discussion regarding the department

• You speak and write fluent Dutch and English, knowledge of German is an advantage.
