Function

As a quality manager, you'll be responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously improving our quality policy. You'll work closely with R&D, production, and project management, and be the driving force behind ensuring the quality of our products and processes.

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Setting up, improving and managing the quality management system (QMS).
  • Preparing and conducting internal and external audits.
  • Ensuring and expanding product safety procedures in accordance with ISO 13849 and IEC62061.
  • Conducting FMEAs, root cause analyses, and CAPA processes.
  • Drawing up quality plans, KPIs and process documentation.
  • Reporting to management on quality performance.
  • Increasing quality awareness within the organization.
  • Bringing structure to the multitude of procedures, checklists and registrations.
  • Close collaboration with engineering and production to ensure quality from the design and prototyping phase.

What are you bringing?

  • Completed higher vocational or university education, preferably in electronics, mechatronics, technical physics, technical business administration or similar.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a technically oriented quality function.
  • Knowledge of and experience with ISO 9001 and ISO 13849.
  • Experience with FMEA, auditing, root cause analysis and improvement management.
  • Practical, results-oriented and able to provide structure in a dynamic environment
  • Strong communication skills, both towards operations, engineers and management.
  • Coaching skills: you connect people and know how to create support.
