The software you develop at DIS Sensors will be used in our advanced production system, which unlocks real-time information. You'll build solutions that help our development and production departments operate smarter, safer, and more efficiently.

Function 

As a Senior .NET Developer, you'll be part of our multidisciplinary R&D team, collaborating with hardware and software engineers, test engineers, an architect, and a prototype builder. Together, we develop not only our sensors but also the production platform essential for production, calibration, and data processing.  

The production platform includes databases, user interfaces, connections to measuring equipment, and interfaces to our website. You will also help develop configuration applications that allow customers to configure and read our sensors worldwide. 

What are you going to do? 

  • Taking our production automation platform to the next level.  
  • Developing software applications in C#, .NET and WPF. 
  • Developing software architectures and monitoring code quality. 
  • Integrating systems and links with external applications. 
  • Mentor and inspire the other engineers in the team.

What we ask 

  • Completed higher professional or university degree in Technical Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Embedded Systems, Applied Physics or similar. 
  • Good command of Dutch and English. 
  • Affinity with technology (e.g. electronics, product development, sensor technology). 
  • Experience required with C#, .NET Core, WPF, MSSQL and CAN Open. 
  • For web-based UIs we use ASP.NET and Blazor and experience is required. 
  • At least 5 years of experience in software development, preferably also in an architectural role. 
  • Good communication skills and a hands-on mentality.
