Job description:

As an inside commercial employee you will work in an enthusiastic team Inside

Sales together with five other colleagues. You are the first point of contact for our

customers.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• You have personal, telephone and electronic contact with existing and potential

customers

• You are responsible for processing orders on time

• You make quotations for existing and potential customers and follow up on the quotations

• You monitor the back orders

• Advising and managing existing customers / new prospects

• Maintaining contacts with and purchasing from European suppliers /

manufacturers

• Cost calculations and logistics organization

• You work closely with your colleagues in the office and in the field to ensure our

to achieve common goals

• You will report to the Head of Inside Sales.

Qualifications:

• You have a charismatic and persuasive personality with an affinity for

technology, a completed MBO education, demonstrable sales experience in the industry

within the Benelux is an advantage and of course you have commercial skills

• You have a good command of Dutch and English. German is a plus.

• Knowledge of the usual office packages, knowledge of Navision is an advantage

• You are available full-time.

Social skills: enterprising, communicative, performance-oriented and strong

interpersonal skills.
