Additional work
We're a medium-sized and growing company. We have a wide variety of projects waiting to be tackled, offering opportunities for growth. Think, for example, of providing content support for marketing and communication activities and organizing trade fairs. There are also challenges on the process side of our organization – for example, implementing quality management or automating processes using new technologies. Design and 3D modeling, or completing ISO certification are also challenges that may await you.

Your profile
You'll be working in a small, close-knit team, and we're looking for an enthusiastic and positive individual who, after a thorough induction period where you'll learn everything about our profession, is confident enough to take on the necessary responsibility. You'll be technically sound and ready to provide (and learn to provide) advice, and you possess commercial skills. You're willing to work occasional overtime (paid) if necessary.

Job requirements
- HBO work and thinking level (or MBO with theoretical affinity).
- Technical background, professional knowledge or affinity with technology: for example, technical business administration, mechanical engineering, measurement and control technology, mechatronics, electronics analog design or thermodynamics
- Good knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Good command of Dutch and English is a must
- Flexible, structured, accurate and stress-resistant

Working conditions
We don't offer company cars, laptops, or work-from-home options. We don't offer them to anyone. You'll see your colleagues every day at work. This is a conscious choice for us. It's also an opportunity to develop yourself and be surrounded by people who take their profession very seriously and are proud of what we create and do every day. We truly enjoy our work and are fully committed to it, and we expect the same from you. Naturally, our salary is competitive, and we believe it's important to ensure everyone shares in the profits. We also offer a pension plan and provide ample vacation time. Finally, we value a pleasant work environment: we're modernizing and expanding our workshop, and we have plenty of (healthy) snacks, good coffee, tea, soft drinks, and the occasional cozy drink available.
