Industrial Automation Account Manager

What are you going to do?
In this challenging role, you'll be responsible for developing new business within the industrial automation segment. You'll visit potential customers throughout the country and listen to their needs. You'll be the link between our automation solutions and our customers' needs.
We're looking for someone who is proactive, flexible, and results-oriented. You must be able to collaborate well in a dynamic environment and be able to quickly switch between different tasks and responsibilities.
Your duties include:
- Advising customers on technical solutions and translating these into concrete proposals;
- Generating new business;
- Developing sales plans and actively creating new opportunities;
- Networking / Preparing and representing trade fairs.
Job characteristics:
- You have a higher vocational education (HBO) degree in a technical field (e.g. Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Electrical Engineering);
- Experienced in customer contact, technical advice and making quotations;
- Structured, independent and a team player;
- Strong communication skills in Dutch and English;
