Validation and calibration
Responsible for independently performing validation work on our clients' air-conditioning systems, such as HVAC systems, workspaces, workbenches, and cleanrooms, in accordance with applicable standards. This includes developing validation protocols in accordance with ISO 14644 and GMP and documenting measurement results in reports after implementation. Performing measurements to demonstrate air quality, including particle concentration, filter integrity, airflow, temperature, pressure differences, humidity, and more. Regularly conducting Factory Acceptance Tests on various workbenches and filter units at our location in Alphen aan den Rijn. 

Solving technical challenges
Identifying anomalies in measurements or system functionality and taking appropriate follow-up steps. Collaborating with technical staff to quickly and effectively resolve malfunctions and anomalies. Providing advice based on risk assessments for operators.
and product safety, based on measured limit values and exposure levels.

Required qualifications
MBO/HBO work and thinking level, preferably in the direction of measurement technology, air technology or a comparable technical education.
Experience in performing measurements and validation work on air-conditioning systems and cleanrooms, preferably in the pharmaceutical, medical, or food industries.
Knowledge of the applicable standards and guidelines such as ISO 14464 and GMP.
Technical insight and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work accurately and systematically

Languages: Dutch and English
In possession of a driving license B

Working conditions
This position is full-time based on 40 hours per week
