Vacancy: All-round Commercial & Administrative Employee
We're urgently looking for a versatile commercial/administrative employee who enjoys tackling a variety of tasks and working in a supportive role within a small, dedicated team. You don't need to be proficient in all the tasks; a willingness to learn is important to us. This position is available for both full-time and part-time positions.
What are you going to do?
In this role you will be assigned a wide range of tasks, including:
Commerce & customer contact
- Supporting sales, preparing quotations and contacting customers and suppliers.
- Assist with or independently carry out marketing activities, such as website updates and social media tasks.
Order processing & purchasing
- Processing incoming orders.
- Coordinating purchases and arranging shipments.
And possibly also:
Administration & financial support

Providing invoicing and maintaining administrative data.

Follow up payments and support with basic accounting.
Who are you?
You work diligently, communicate clearly, and can easily switch between different tasks. You enjoy both administrative and practical work. Experience in (some of) the aforementioned tasks is welcome, but not required. Much of our communication with customers and suppliers is in English, so a good command of this language is important.
