What are you going to do?

As a Senior Project Engineer in Measurement & Control Technology, you will be technically responsible for the design, development, and implementation of building management systems (BMS) for commercial buildings, with an emphasis on HVAC installations (heating, cooling, ventilation, air handling) and DALI lighting systems.

  • You will work on complete BMS and HVAC projects: from control engineering design to commissioning.
  • You develop control engineering software in companies such as Priva, Siemens and Loytec and contribute to GACS-2026.

  • You'll have considerable freedom to make your own technical choices. You'll help develop and maintain standard operating procedures and templates.

Your main tasks are:

  • You design & engineer: (designs, circuit diagrams, I/O lists, control descriptions, network topologies.
  • Software & commissioning: (Priva/Siemens/Loytec, testing, adjustment, FAT/SAT, performance tests).
  • Coordination & coordination: (customer/advisor, project organization, subcontractors, panel builders, cabling).
  • Optimize & standardize: (comfort/energy/reliability, developing templates/standards).

  • A gross monthly salary between €3,500 and €4,500 for a full-time position, depending on your knowledge and experience.

    What do you bring us?

    • You have completed a level 4 MBO or HBO education in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics or similar (e.g. MRK-C, KLI-C).
    • You have experience in measurement and control technology, building automation, or HVAC engineering. Or you are willing to further develop your skills in this area.
    • You have knowledge of or are interested in building management systems and protocols (e.g. Priva, Siemens, Honeywell, WAGO, Loytec, BACnet, Modbus).
    • You can read technical documents (specifications, diagrams) and translate them into a practical design.
    • You can independently monitor the technical line in a project, from design to delivery.
    • You have strong communication skills: you can easily switch between customer, project manager, work planner and mechanic.
    • You can think sharply and analytically.
    • You are accurate and quality-conscious: you monitor the functionality and safety of the installation.
