SUPPLIER QUALITY ENGINEER

As a Supplier Quality Engineer, you'll be the crucial link between our internal organization and external suppliers. You'll ensure product quality, drive continuous improvement, and ensure our suppliers meet the highest standards. You'll also be responsible for:

• Selecting and assessing new and existing suppliers
• Setting up and conducting quality and process audits
• Translating and monitoring our quality standards towards suppliers
• Initiating and supervising improvement programs at suppliers
• Analyzing quality data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Reporting findings and progress to internal stakeholders

We're looking for someone with a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a genuine drive to continuously improve quality. You're technically proficient, communicate clearly, and tackle problems head-on and with a solution-oriented approach. You also have:

• A completed MBO/HBO education in a technical field (e.g. mechanical engineering or electrical engineering)
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a technical or industrial environment, preferably within supply chain quality
• Knowledge of quality management (including ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 14001) and preferably experience with Lean/Six Sigma tools
• Strong analytical skills: you can interpret complex data and convert it into targeted improvement actions
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, with a proactive, solution-oriented attitude
