What will you do as a Service Coordinator?
 
As a Service Coordinator, you'll be responsible for the planning, preparation, and administrative handling of service orders. You'll be the central link between customers, service engineers, and internal departments, ensuring that service visits are carried out efficiently and professionally. Your oversight, communication, and organizational skills will ensure smooth service processes and prompt customer service.
 
Your profile
What will you do as a Service Coordinator?
  • Scheduling and coordinating service engineers
  • Drawing up and managing the service schedule (short and long term)
  • Optimizing routes and deployment of mechanics
  • Monitoring response times and SLA agreements
  • Maintain contact with customers regarding service appointments
  • Preparing service activities (work permits, documentation, logistics)
  • Ensuring that work can be planned and carried out safely
  • Checking and processing service reports and work orders
  • Supporting engineers with technical questions
  • Key user of the service management system (Outsmart)
  • Management of contract data and maintenance schedules
  • Supporting invoicing processes
  • Identifying commercial opportunities from service activities
  • Identifying and reporting unsafe situations or incidents
What are you bringing?
  • MBO+/HBO work and thinking level
  • In possession of VCA VOL or willing to obtain it
  • Technical insight
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Stress resistant and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Accurate and administratively strong
  • Proactive and independent
  • Experience with planning, service or technology is an advantage
  • Experience with CRM or service management systems (e.g. Outsmart) is an advantage
