FINANCIAL OFFICER

As a Financial Officer, you will be based in Dirksland (South Holland) and, together with your colleagues, will be responsible for managing accounts receivable and payable. You will also ensure the accurate, timely, and complete processing of the financial records for our two locations. You will be a liaison with internal stakeholders and ensure payment deadlines are met. Thanks to your keen eye, our financial processes remain reliable and up-to-date. Your responsibilities will include:

• Ensure correct and timely processing of invoices, payments and bank statements;
• Monitoring debtor and creditor positions, including payment terms, credit limits and following up on deviations;
• Matching, checking and processing purchase invoices and preparing weekly payments;
• Preparing periodic reports, performing checks (such as credit insurance) and contributing to monthly and annual closings;
• Actively contribute to process improvements within finance and liaise with internal departments, customers, suppliers and collection partners.

• A completed financial education (MBO+/HBO)
• Experience with accounts receivable and/or accounts payable management;
• Accuracy, sense of responsibility and a proactive attitude;
• Good communication skills, also in English;
• Knowledge of MS Office and an advanced knowledge of MS Excel;
• Experience with Isah ERP SW/EDI is a plus.
