Function

As a Marketing Coordinator, you are in charge of all marketing activities. You set priorities, coordinate campaigns, and
works closely with sales, product managers, and external marketing partners. You play an important role in increasing
our brand awareness and position the organization as a technical knowledge partner for engineers and technical buyers in
the Benelux.

Your duties:

• Developing and monitoring the marketing strategy.
• Coordinating content, campaigns, and communication.
• You manage external marketing partners in the areas of SEO, SEA, campaigns, and website optimization.
• You analyze marketing results and optimize campaigns to generate structurally more leads.
• Organizing and coordinating events and trade fairs for Rotero Holland and Belgium.
• Joining forces with our key suppliers to develop a joint marketing strategy.  
• Co-organizing company parties and team outings.

• This is a part-time position of 24 hours per week.
• You start with a one-year contract with the prospect of permanent employment.
• An excellent salary in accordance with the Collective Labour Agreement for the Technical Wholesale Trade.
• For full-time employment: 28 vacation days, 3 ADV days, and every Friday afternoon off at 3:00 PM.
• Travel allowance, 8% holiday pay and a good pension scheme.

• HBO working and thinking level in marketing, communication, or a related field.
• Experience with B2B marketing or a technical environment is a plus.
• Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Able to work independently, manage deadlines and coordinate projects.
• Good command of both Dutch and English, spoken and written.

You work from our location in Woerden and have regular contact with colleagues in the Netherlands and Belgium. Occasionally, you visit
also our sister company Rotero Belgium in Mechelen to further develop the marketing activities together.
