About the position
As an Inside Sales Engineer, you are responsible for both the commercial and technical aspects of the sales process. You actively maintain contact with existing customers while simultaneously attracting new ones. You translate customer inquiries into feasible technical solutions. By establishing and documenting clear customer agreements, you ensure professional collaboration and guide customers throughout the entire process, from quotation to final product. You build long-term customer relationships by maintaining regular contact and remaining focused on agreements made and customer satisfaction.
Your duties
- Translating the customer request into effective and customer-oriented solutions.
- Advising customers on the technical application of our products.
- Drafting quotations and, upon success, processing customer orders in Exact.
- Managing purchase and sales orders while maintaining contact with the supplier and the customer.
- Providing practical support in the design of entirely new products, including setting up and validating test rigs and conducting and analyzing product tests. Who are you?
- MBO+/HBO technical business administration, electrical engineering, mechatronics, mechanical engineering, or similar.
- A technical-commercial institution.
- Good communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Good command of Dutch and English.
