About the position
As a Sales Support Employee, you are the central hub at our head office in Woerden. You support the product managers so that they can fully focus on sales and relationship management.
Your role is important for our delivery reliability. As a Sales Support Employee, you manage sales orders from A to Z: from drafting quotations to arranging the correct documentation. You are the first point of contact for our customers, answer their basic questions, and proactively follow up on warm leads. Additionally, you liaise daily with the team to monitor the schedule. In short: a versatile role with a lot of responsibility!
Who are you?
- MBO Commercial, Administrative or a technical field.
- Experience in a similar role.
- Good communication skills and a meticulous work attitude.
- Experience in a technical environment is a plus.
- Good command of Dutch and English.
