High Tech Trophy

Professional jury
Our professional jury assesses all novelties. Based on this assessment, the nominated exhibitors are invited to present their novelty to visitors in the High Tech Trophy gallery on the exhibition floor.

During the fair
The novelties of the nominees can be viewed live on the exhibition floor. On the map you will find the location of our High Tech Trophy per hall. This is also the time for visitors to vote for their favorite! On Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, visitors can cast their votes and the most votes will ultimately determine the winner of the High Tech Trophy per category.

Presentation
De winnaars van de High Tech Trophy worden bekend gemaakt tijdens de exposantenborrel op donderdag 24 september!

Exhibition Training

In this training, you and your team will learn how to have effective and targeted conversations with trade fair visitors. From the first greeting to closing concrete follow-up appointments, you will develop skills that help you generate valuable leads and achieve a high return on your trade fair investment. The trade fair objectives of your company are central to this, so that everyone on the stand staff has the same focus.

During the training you will work with practical exercises. You will learn how to:

  • Visitors greeted professionally: A warm, professional greeting lays the foundation for a fruitful conversation.
  • Ask effective questions: Learn how to quickly and kindly determine whether a visitor is an interesting prospect for your business.
  • Leading Conversations Smoothly: Discover techniques to guide the conversation while maintaining a relaxed atmosphere, even if you determine that the attendee is not contributing to your trade show goals.
  • Non-verbal communication: Improve your body language and voice to make a powerful impression.
  • Referring and Closing Conversations Professionally: Practice how to gracefully transfer conversations to a colleague or close them and schedule follow-up appointments.

Who is this training for?
This training is intended for everyone who contributes to the success of the trade fair participation by conducting conversations with visitors at the stand. Whether you are an experienced trade fair veteran or new to the profession, this training offers valuable insights and techniques that will help you to be even more successful.
