High Tech Trophy

Registration for the High Tech Trophy is now open

All submitted innovations will be posted on our website and included in communications with (potential) trade show visitors. We also collaborate with various media partners who publish the products and/or technologies within their platforms.

Participation costs

A contribution towards the costs per submitted novelty amounts to € 102,- excl. VAT.
A contribution towards the presentation costs in case of nomination amounts to €402,- excl. VAT per novelty.

Professional jury
Our professional jury assesses all novelties. Based on this assessment, the nominated exhibitors are invited to present their novelty to visitors in the High Tech Trophy gallery on the exhibition floor.

During the fair
The novelties of the nominees can be viewed live on the exhibition floor. On the map you will find the location of our High Tech Trophy per hall. This is also the time for visitors to vote for their favorite! On Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, visitors can cast their votes and the most votes will ultimately determine the winner of the High Tech Trophy per category.

Presentation
The winners of the High Tech Trophy will be announced during the exhibitors' reception on Thursday, September 24!

The FHI Events app lets you easily and clearly gather valuable contacts during the trade show. By scanning visitor badges, you can instantly record who you've spoken to, including contact details and additional notes. This way, you have all the information clearly organized in one place. This not only saves time but also makes post-show follow-up much more efficient.

Stock exchange training June 16, 2026

The trade show training will be held on June 16th. In this training, you and your team will learn how to conduct effective and targeted conversations with trade show visitors. From the initial greeting to closing concrete follow-up appointments, you'll develop skills that will help you generate valuable leads and achieve a high return on your trade show investment.

During the training you will work with practical exercises. You will learn how to:

  • Visitors greeted professionally: A warm, professional greeting lays the foundation for a fruitful conversation.
  • Ask effective questions: Learn how to quickly and kindly determine whether a visitor is an interesting prospect for your business.
  • Leading Conversations Smoothly: Discover techniques to guide the conversation while maintaining a relaxed atmosphere, even if you determine that the attendee is not contributing to your trade show goals.
  • Nonverbal communication: Improve your body language to make a powerful impression.
  • Referring and Closing Conversations Professionally: Practice how to gracefully transfer conversations to a colleague or close them and schedule follow-up appointments.

Who is this training for?
This training is intended for everyone who contributes to the success of the trade fair participation by conducting conversations with visitors at the stand. Whether you are an experienced trade fair veteran or new to the profession, this training offers valuable insights and techniques that will help you to be even more successful.

Exhibitors' drinks

As is tradition, this year's exhibitors' reception will be back! On Thursday, September 24th, we cordially invite you and your stand staff to join us for drinks and snacks. The reception will be held from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Speys restaurant.

You will receive an invitation to register for this (free of charge).
