  • Walls of 2480 x 992 x 55 mm (h x w x d)
  • Side panels (2 pieces) with name and stand number (continent color)
  • Lockable storage room of 2 x 1 meter
    • Stands smaller than 24 m² have a storage space of 1x1 meter
  • Eye-catcher measuring 3472 x 1984 mm (h x w) with a black backing cloth
  • Spots (2 pieces) on the eye-catcher
  • Spotlights on the side walls (1 spotlight per 2 wall panels)
  • Electricity: 3.5 kW connection
  • Costs for visitor registration

For additional costs you can further personalize your stand:

  • Additional text on logo panel eye-catching wall of up to 25 letters in black
  • Company logo on the eye-catching wall (instead of the company name)
  • Walls covered in a different color flannel

  • Wooden walls and door panels 250 cm high in white flannel (color choice possible)
  • Cornices 20 x 20 cm along the rear and side walls in clear wood;
  • 20 x 50 cm upright at the ends of the rear and/or side wall in clear wood
  • Eye-catching wall 200 x 400 cm, with cove construction all around in natural wood
  • White wooden panel of 200 x 900 cm on an eye-catching wall for name display
  • Name on eye-catching wall and stands in black, max 25 letters

Free stand building

With free stand construction, you simply choose a location on the trade show floor. With this option, you're responsible for the stand's construction and layout.

It's important to take the stand construction regulations into account. Read them carefully to ensure your stand design is permitted.
If you build your stand higher than 3 meters, you must submit the stand construction drawing to the organizer. Please take the hall specifications into account for the hall layout and stand heights.

Stand building regulations

When building a freestanding stand, it's important to comply with the stand construction regulations. Stand height and space layout are subject to maximum limits and regulations. Read this document carefully to ensure your stand design complies with these requirements.

Apply for dispensation
Submit your stand construction drawing to the organization via info@wots.nl If your stand is higher than 3 meters, please take into account the hall specifications for the hall layout and the stand construction regulations as mentioned above. FHI will assess the stand design and inform you accordingly. The deadline for submitting your exemption is August 21, 2026.

Pavilions

A pavilion is a collective booth where exhibitors present themselves together under a theme. Participating in one of the pavilions offers visibility and impact with minimal effort. Each exhibitor has their own booth space. Stand construction is taken care of, catering is arranged, and a hostess serves your guests. The pavilion offers exhibitors high visibility at WoTS in an accessible way and at a reasonable cost.

If you participate in one of the pavilions, everything is arranged for you and only promotion, visitor registration and logistics apply to you. You can order additional wishes directly from your contact person.

Jaarbeurs webshop

Electricity
3.5 kW of electricity is included as standard when you choose standard stand construction (Basic Standard, Premium Eco, or Professional Timber Construction). With freestanding stand construction, electricity is not included.

Internet
A 4 Mbps secure internet connection (WiFi) is included at the booth. Additional internet can be ordered.

Compressed air
The Jaarbeurs offers two types of compressed air connections. The compressed air connection consists of an armed hose equipped with a valve with external thread coupling.

Water connection
Do you need a water connection at your stand? At Jaarbeurs you have the possibility to purchase a separate water connection with flexible supply line. The connection includes water consumption up to 10 m³, sewage tax, purification tax and environmental tax. For water consumption above 10m3, additional costs per m3 apply.

Are you going to exhibit with open water? You need written permission from Jaarbeurs for this, to prevent legionella disease and there is a mandatory daily inspection.

Exhibition insurance

As an exhibitor, you want everything to be perfectly arranged. However, you can never rule out unexpected situations. Think of a visitor injured at your stand, expensive equipment damaged during setup, or a trade show canceled at the last minute. With our event insurance, you're covered for these kinds of risks – both large and small.

What is covered?

  • Material (hull) – Loss or damage to your own or rented equipment, such as furniture, lighting and sound equipment, tents, and stages, during transport and on location. Theft without forced entry is also covered.
    Example: An expensive laptop is stolen from the booth. This damage is covered by insurance.
  • Transport risk – Damage during transport to and from the exhibition location.
    Example: While unloading promotional materials at a trade show, a pallet falls from a truck. Several machines are severely damaged. Transport coverage covers this damage.
  • Liability – Damage to third parties up to €2,500,000 per claim.
    Example: A visitor trips over a loose cord and sustains an injury. You are held liable; the damage is covered by liability coverage.
  • Expenses – Reimbursement of expenses up to €100,000 in case of cancellation or postponement.
    Example: Due to storm damage to the exhibition hall, the event is canceled one day before the event begins. Expenses already incurred for promotion, booth rental, and personnel will be reimbursed.
  • Accidents – Coverage for employees and volunteers.
    Example: A volunteer is injured while installing lighting during construction. Accident insurance covers the medical expenses.

What is not insured?

  • High-risk events, such as obstacle courses or dangerous sports (e.g. bungee jumping, rafting).
  • Damage to the terrain or the location itself.
  • Damage caused by or with motor vehicles or (air)craft.

During the quotation discussion, you will receive the policy conditions, which state exactly what is and is not covered in each situation.
