Micro-Hybrid Electronic GmbH is one of the world's leading experts in infrared sensing technology and customized electronic solutions. As the only manufacturer offering both IR emitters and IR detectors, we deliver unmatched flexibility for tailored sensor solutions and OEM developments across industrial, medical, and aerospace applications. Our non-dispersive infrared (NDIR) components are available as wafers, TO or SMD packages – standard or fully customized – ensuring excellent performance in technology and manufacturing.

Beyond infrared components, Micro-Hybrid develops complete NDIR gas measurement systems including flow and diffusion sensors, as well as inertial sensor modules for acceleration and inclination detection. Our hybrid electronic modules combine MEMS, LTCC, and thick-film circuit boards with in-house manufacturing, SMD assembly, chip-on-board (COB) technology, and advanced coating and housing processes. We are specialized in high-end microelectronic and optoelectronic manufacturing services, enabling robust, high-reliability electronics ideally suited for harsh environments exposed to vibration, temperature extremes, or radiation.

As a project partner, Micro-Hybrid provides full-cycle development – from concept, circuit design, and prototyping to series production.
