Prolyse BV is located in Dongen, close to the Belgian border. We supply to the analytical chemistry, process industry, pharmaceutical and life science laboratories. Including test equipment for tablets, powders, capsules and pilot planting. Furthermore, we supply unique Safety Cabinets and Instrument Enclosures, especially for weighing with analytical balances up to and including 7 decimals. Custom-made enclosures are possible, including for Bulk Powders. In addition, we have a nice-looking product line of advanced heaters, coolers and water baths from Chicago (USA). Recently, a line of capsule fillers from the Belgian FETON was added.

ST1 Balance enclosures from A1-SafeTech are specifically designed to protect the analyst from exposure when handling and weighing potent, hazardous powders and substances. The ST1 safety cabinets have a unique turbulence-free, low flow design that allows even sensitive analytical balances to operate without fluctuation, while protecting the analyst. Not only can they accommodate balances, but also other instruments such as titration sets and auto-samplers.

Prolyse BV can offer service and maintenance packages for all our systems. All equipment is pre-qualified before it is shipped to our customers. In almost all cases we offer IQ/OQ packages together with our equipment to ensure that the systems are installed at our customers and operate according to factory specifications.
