WHO ARE WE?

We are Tele Radio, a leading player in the field of safe wireless remote controls for industry. Our solutions are used for a wide range of applications including lifting and hoisting equipment, drive technology, pumps, mobile applications, doors, gates, barriers etc. But we can also control more advanced, hydraulic machines. Our product range includes compact, standard key ring transmitters as well as high-quality, custom transmitters that are worn on a hip belt. 

THE CONVENIENCE OF WIRELESS CONTROL

Tele Radio was founded in Lysekil, Sweden in 1955. Over the past 70 years, we have developed into an authority in industrial wireless control. Our transmitters and receivers provide users with increased efficiency and safety. Our systems allow users to operate machinery from a safe distance and reduce the need to walk to and from the machine. For other users, the flexibility is a huge advantage. They can move freely around a machine or piece of equipment, giving them the best possible visibility with the assurance of a stop button at their fingertips.

Tele Radio is an important partner for manufacturers, distributors and end users due to its size. Our worldwide network of own development centres, factories and sales offices enables us to ensure high production volumes, product adjustments according to customer requirements or customisation in small quantities. More than 25 own sales offices are ready to serve you in Europe, America, Asia and Oceania.

Tele Radio BV is part of Allgon AB, owner of various brands of industrial, wireless remote controls. From our office in Bleiswijk we provide sales, production and technical support for customers in the Benelux. Our portfolio includes products from Tele Radio and our sister company Åkerströms, both originally Swedish brands.

OUR PRODUCTS

Our delivery program is extensive. For a correct choice it is important that we have a good insight into the application that you want to serve. A number of considerations that are important.

• Number of functions - do you simply want to switch something on or off or is there a large number of functions that you want to operate, such as left, right, up, down, on, off, etc. For operation, there are systems with simple on/off functions, but also with two-step control and proportional control.
• Size of the transmitter - you can choose a compact transmitter with a limited number of functions or a larger transmitter with many customization options such as images on a screen, specific buttons, etc.
• Return signal desired - we have transmitters that only send out a signal, but also transmitters that can receive information back, for example about the weight of the load that is being lifted. That can be important for safety.
• Security level - is a certified stop function required due to danger? With our independently certified stop functions you can be sure that it will continue to work reliably during work that may be hazardous. 
• Frequency - our transmitters and receivers operate on different frequencies. Depending on the environment, one frequency may work better than another. In addition, the use of some frequencies is not permitted in certain countries.
• Specific requirements - you can think of the use in a humid environment or the communication with certain protocols. We offer various solutions.
