FHI Events App

During the World of Industry, Technology & Science (WoTS) 2026, both visitors and exhibitors will be using the FHI Events app. Want to learn more about the app or have questions? This page has all the information you need.

Personal registration link

With your personal visitor registration link, you can invite your contacts to a free trade show visit. A personal invitation is appreciated and increases the number of visitors to the trade show. You'll find the link on the homepage of the FHI Events App after you log in.

Registration of stand staff

Pre-register your stand staff through your team in the FHI Events App. Go to 'Team Members' and view an overview of all registered colleagues. Want to add someone? Click 'Invite Members' and enter their information. Note: stand staff will receive a different access badge than visitors. Therefore, do not register your stand staff through the visitor registration system.

Lead Qualifications

Prepare your team well with pre-defined lead qualification questions. These questions automatically appear in the app when you scan the QR code on a visitor badge. You can find the completed questions/categories in your export later.

Company Profile

Add your company information and upload your logo and banner. Visitors often use the app to familiarize themselves with your organization before the trade show.

Dashboard contacts

Under "Contacts," you'll find visitors who registered through your personal registration link. Use the appropriate tag to quickly filter.

Pre-contact with visitors

Would you like to schedule appointments at your booth with (potential) customers before the show? You can. As soon as a visitor or exhibitor downloads the app and registers, it becomes visible to exhibitors. This allows you to reach out to potential customers before the show and schedule an appointment right away.

My 'Ticket'‘

During the trade fair, exhibitors can access the exhibition halls daily from 8:00 AM upon presentation of an exhibitor badge. Each exhibitor can find their entry ticket on the app's homepage. You can collect your exhibitor badge at the registration desk starting on the first day of the trade fair.

Scan visitor badges

Stand staff use their own phones to scan visitor badges via the FHI Events app. Scan the QR code on the visitor's badge, add a note if desired, and enter lead qualifications. All scanned leads can later be downloaded to an Excel file.

Export leads

During and after the trade show, you can view all scanned leads in a downloadable Excel file. This way, you have all contact information at your fingertips and can quickly and easily follow up on your leads. This saves time and ensures you don't miss any valuable contacts.

Matchmaking

Exhibitors, like visitors, can indicate their interests. Artificial Intelligence uses these interests to find the best matches for your company. At the top of the recommended list, you'll find visitors with similar interests. And, of course, your company will be recommended to these visitors. This makes it easy for visitors on the large exhibition floor to determine which stands to visit. By completing your profile in the event app, you, as an exhibitor, can more easily connect with high-quality leads.

API capability

During WoTS, we'll be using the FHI Events App. This app allows you to easily scan leads during the trade show. The collected data can then be easily exported to Excel/CSV.

Would you prefer to use your own "universal" lead scanning app linked to your CRM? Then you can also scan the QR code on the badge to collect lead data directly. Our registration partner integrates this data with every badge scan.

Q: Which app should I download?
A: During WoTS we work with the “FHI Events” app. You can find this in the app/playstore.

Q: How do I receive my login details?
A: A few minutes after signing up you will receive an email from the app. If you do not receive this, send an email to info@wots.nl

Q: I accidentally registered as a visitor, how do I change this?
A: You do not have the option to change your registration type yourself, so send an email to info@wots.nl
