With your personal visitor registration link you can invite your relations for a free visit to the trade fair. A personal invitation is often highly appreciated and in this way we create more traffic on the exhibition floor.

You can find this link on the homepage when you log in to the FHI Events App.

Marketing Communications Cup

What does the Marketing Communications Cup entail?
By recruiting visitors, exhibitors can have a chance to win a discount on the participation rate for the next edition of WoTS.

With your personal visitor registration link you can invite your relations for a free visit to the trade fair. A personal invitation is often highly appreciated and in this way we create more traffic on the exhibition floor.

How can you win the Marketing Communications Cup?

All exhibitors can participate in this competition. The one who welcomes the most visitors to the exhibition floor is the winner. To keep things fair, the number of visitors is corrected based on the number of m2.

Conditions
The exhibition organization offers each exhibitor its own unique visitor registration link. Using this link, exhibitors can easily invite their relations for a free visit to the fair.

    • Exhibitors who attract one hundred visitors or more have a chance to win the Marketing Communication Cup.
    • This main prize will be divided among three winners, one per world.
    • The winner will receive (in addition to a nice cup) a 60% discount on the next edition of WoTS and a fun activity for your winning team.
    • Measuring for the main prize is based on the number of visitors who actually come to the fair.

Media partners

We collaborate with several media partners for WoTS. Through editorial coverage, advertisements, banners, and advertorials, we bring the trade fair, trade fair projects, and seminars to a wide audience. If you are interested in collaborating with these media partners, please feel free to contact the contact person.

Exhibitors can advertise in one of the trade show specials, among other places. If you'd like to use this service, please contact the magazine publishers directly. If you've given permission to share your information with media partners, you can also be contacted by one of these media partners.
