With free stand construction you have chosen a stand location on the exhibition floor. You are responsible for the construction and furnishing of the stand yourself.

Stand building regulations
When constructing a freestanding stand, it is important to take this into account stand building regulations. The height of the stand and the layout of the stand space are subject to maximum limits and rules. Please read this document carefully so that your stand design complies with this.

Hall specifications
Take into account the hall specifications of the hall in question. You can use these specifications here to download.

Apply for dispensation
Submit your stand construction drawing to the organization via info@wots.nl if your stand is higher than 3 meters. Take into account the hall specifications for the hall layout and the stand construction regulations as mentioned above. FHI will assess the stand design and then inform you about this. Submission deadline: August 21, 2024

Account webshop Jaarbeurs
Register to create an account or log in with your email address and password, enter the correct stand number and order all supplies for your stand.

  • Furniture
    Order your furniture in the webshop of the Jaarbeurs.
  • Technical connections
    No technology is included in free stand construction. Order electricity, water and/or compressed air in the webshop of the Jaarbeurs.
  • Internet
    A 4 Mbps secured internet connection (WiFi) is included with the stand. Do you want a upgrade (wired) internet? Order this in the webshop of the Jaarbeurs.
